What winter sports do Russian women prefer most?

Young Russian women are said to enjoy winter sports, recent survey shows. Among ladies who reside in Moscow more than 40 per cent answered that they attend fitness club on a regular basis. Almost the third told that they like to go skiing on week-ends and 30 per cent prefer ice-skating. All the women who took part in a poll confessed that a better diet is crucial for them and even more important than going in for sports in winter.
